I got this book called Hotdogs saved my life from you. I started reading this book and read half of it one night then read the rest the next night. The info in this book is what everyone should know if they have thought or getting ready to buy a Hotdog cart. It tells you were to get the info you need to get license, permits and insurance to start with. It gives you so much info on your cart what you need, how to set it up, and locations you may have not thought of. I could go on and on about this book but the best thing I have to say is everyone should have a copy that is wanting to know about the cart business.

Ben's new book is GREAT! It is a fast read and he left out all the "fluff". This is advice from someone who has "been there and done that" Obviously, he knows what he is talking about. For only 10 bucks, you are getting a LOT of valuable information. Those other so called "courses" you buy online with the CDs and all for $100 or more do not come close to covering all the information that Ben offers in his book. Well done with a sense of humor to boot. It is a MUST READ for anybody starting out in the hot dog business, or those experienced operators who want to beef up their skills.

The hot dog cart has grossed a few thousand dollars the first 2 weeks we put it online. I am so happy with the performance and we have been able to secure some great locations.

Thank you for your information sharing. That's pretty selfless of you. You have changed so many lives with hot dogs. Pay it forward kind of thing. I can't wait to dive in and get my feet wet. (That might not have been a good analogy considering its an outside in the elements type of job) Can't wait to start!

How I wish the Federal Government was on the kind of 24/7 alert Ben is on! I've already talked to our lawyers about legally adopting this kid! Then, I'll chain him up to the bumper of my bus and squeeze the information out of him whenever I need it! WE LOVE YOU, BEN!!!

It is worth it's weight in gold for anyone considering becoming a hot dog vendor either part time or full time ,is is full of just about anything and everything you need to know about the business,not to mention it is written in just plain good ole boy talk...
