HEATING SOURCE
The steam table runs on propane. There are two propane tanks stored neatly directly under the bread box/storage. It holds two twenty-pound tanks , so you will not run out in the middle of the day. Tanks are not included.
TRAILER
The cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finish. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8" x 8" standard.
TOW BAR
The tow bar hitch is removable for safety and access to move around the cart and is equipped with a 1 7/8" ball coupler with two safety chains.
LIGHTS
The cart has tail, stop, signal and hazard lights. The wiring harness for the lights is male, and it comes with a license plate holder. Standard 4 wire.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Leveling post is standard, this allows you to remove the tongue and level cart.
STOW-CASE (doors are no longer plexi-glass and are stainless steel / plexi-glass fades and cracks)
The stow-case has two levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). The upper and lower levels, allow for easy storage of buns (up to 30 Bags of 12 count) and/or your extra utensils, foil, supplies..etc...
STOW-CASE 2 (new item)
Stow case two is located under the bread box and houses your lp gas tanks and allows for additional storage of your supplies.
STEAM TABLE
The steam table can accommodate various size pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. Comes standard with large steam table which includes 1 half size perforated pan, two 1/4th, a full size spillage pan and a 1/2 and 1/3 size direct heat pans and lids.
SINKS
The cart comes with 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5 gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon tank for disposed water.
UMBRELLA
The 9 ft. market umbrella comes in RED or you can go with a blue or burgandy for $29 extra (your choice). The umbrella holder is in the center of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. There is no need to clean this umbrella as it is much cheaper and faster to replace.
Grill
Grill is now available and comes with it’s own separate regulator and hose hook ups. A griddle is now available also, this fits right on top of the grill and is stainless steel and is made to last for years. Only $235
CONDIMENT TABLE

You will love this super functional condiment table. It allows your customers to fix their own dogs while you serve dogs from the front. Saves you time and headaches. Plus, we have added a hidden ice tray under the condiment table so that your recessed stainless steel pans sit on a bed of ice. Condiment Pans and lids are included.

BEVERAGE COOLER
The beverage bin has its own drain and is insulated to maximize the life of the ice. It holds 84 to 98 cans. The lid is hinged and easily reachable for the customers to help themselves and for you to refill it. Personally I don’t use mine for drinks, I store my extra dogs and condiments here. You will always need a large cooler for drinks, my freestanding cooler holds 300 drinks.
Pressurized Water System ( FREE NEW ITEM)
Now you can have pressurized water, this gives you more storage space in bread box and allows for more even water flow.
This will allow you to keep all condiment pans in a bed of ice hidden under condiment table. Includes inserts and pans and lids.
Our Carts have been approved in all states except California. CA carts require major modifications. ***We ask that you always get pre-approval on your cart from your local health department.
