POWER SOURCE
The steam table is equipped with two burners and is powered by propane (LP) gas. Inside the cart you will find plenty of storage for 2 standard 20lb. tanks.
TRAILER / TIRES
Our carts are built on a D.O.T. approved steel bolted and welded frame. Title paperwork included. The tires size is 4.8" x 8" standard D.O.T. approved and rated safe for highway speeds.
TOW BAR
Fixed permanent tow bar with a 1 7/8" ball coupler and two safety chains.
LIGHTS
As a D.O.T. approved trailer, our carts include stop, turn and tail lights. Wiring harness includes a standard 4 wire flat connection.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Leveling post is standard, this allows you to remove the tongue and level cart.
BREAD BOX STORAGE
The bread box has two levels and has two sliding stainless steel doors for easy access. The upper and lower levels, allow for easy storage of buns (up to 30 Bags of 12 count) and/or your extra utensils, foil, supplies..etc...
STEAM TABLE
The steam table can accommodate various size pots with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. Comes standard with large spillage pan and three 1/3 size pans and lids. All pans are NSF approved and listed.
SINKS and Water System (optional)
Choose this option and get 4 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5 gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon tank for waste water. You can select 1, 2, 3 or 4 sinks at no additional cost. If you want less than 4 sinks, please note this in the comments section during ordering. Sinks are approx. 5”X 6” and 4” deep. Choosing less sinks will enlarge sinks. PLEASE CLICK HERE!
UMBRELLA
The 9 ft. wooden market umbrella comes in RED or you can go with a blue or burgundy for $29 extra (your choice). The umbrella holder is in the center of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. There is no need to clean this umbrella as it is much cheaper and faster to replace.
OPTIONAL GRILL (mounts to side)
The Grill is now available and comes with it’s own separate regulator and hose hook ups. A griddle is now available also, this fits right on top of the grill. It is also stainless steel and is made to last for years. Only $297 with Both $396.

MEAT / BEVERAGE COOLER
This fully insulated cooler has a hinged lid for easy access. Personally I don’t use mine for drinks, I store my extra dogs and condiments here. You will always need a large cooler for drinks, my freestanding cooler holds 300 drinks. Included with water system upgrade.
Pressurized Water System
If water system is selected at checkout: With your 12v. lawnmower or motorcycle battery you can power the included pump that will give you pressurized water. This on demand pump knows when you open the faucet and comes on. We recommend leaving the manual switch off when not in use to conserve battery life and wear and tear.
